Indications
A combination of antibiotics,antifungals and antiparasites drugs.
Treatment of mixed otitis media caused by bacteria, fungi, and parasites respectively Bacteria sensitive to neomycin, fungi and mites sensitive to nystatin Sensitive to permethrin.
Dosage and Administration
For dogs and cats ear use.
Carefully apply a thin layer of ointment to the area of the skin to be treated, 3 to 5 times daily to ensure the area to be treated is covered with ointment all day. Duration of treatment is 5~7 days.

Adverse reactions
Mild irritation may occur. If the stimulation persists or worsens, use this product ,It must be stopped.
In dogs, especially elderly dogs, transient deafness is observed in very rare cases.
In cats, neurological symptoms such as ataxia and tremors are observed a very rare situation.
If such symptoms occur, medication should be discontinued.
Pharmacodynamic properties
Triamcinolone acetonide acetate is a synthetic glucocorticoid used in this product anti-inflammatory and antipruritus properties.
Neomycin sulfate is an antibiotic in the aminoglycoside family, with it has bactericidal effects on many gram negative aerobic bacteria and certain strains of Staphylococcus.
Nystatin is an antifungal drug with an activity profile targeting Candida yeast, and malazezia and mushrooms.
Chloropermethrin is a synthetic type I pyrethroid, acaricide, and insecticide. She works on the channel Sodium blocks the transmission of insect nerve impulses.
Pharmacokinetic particulars
The data in the literature indicates that nystatin, neomycin, and chloramphenicol through healthy skin is very limited. System absorption of Triamcinolone acetonide acetate cannot be ruled out.
