【 Main Ingredients 】 Temicosin

【 Appearance 】 This product is a white powder.

[Pharmacological Effects] Pharmacodynamics: Temicin is a semi synthetic macrolide antibiotic. Mainly against Gram positive bacteria, but also effective against a few Gram negative bacteria and mycoplasma. The activity against Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella and Mycoplasma is stronger than that of Tylosin. 95% of hemolytic Bacillus strains are sensitive to this product.

Pharmacokinetic study: 10 week old Hai Lan gray laying hens were orally administered 10mg (calculated as active ingredient) per 1kg body weight once. After 1.2 hours, the blood drug concentration reached its peak, with a Cmax of 0.759 μ g/ml and a t1/2 of approximately 31 hours. The area under the curve (AUC) was 16.95 μ g · h/ml.  

[Function and Use] Macrolide antibiotics. Mainly used for chicken mycoplasma infection and Pasteurella infection.

【 Usage and Dosage 】 Calculate based on this product. Mixed drink: 0.75g chicken per 1L water. Use continuously for 3 days.

Adverse reactions: The toxic effects of this product on animals are mainly on the cardiovascular system, which can cause tachycardia and reduced contractility.

[Precautions] Egg laying period for laying hens is prohibited.

[Rest period] Chicken for 10 days.
