【 Appearance 】 This product is a white to off white powder.

Pharmacological effects: Pharmacodynamic analysis shows that erythromycin belongs to the aminoglycoside antibacterial class and has moderate inhibitory effects on various Gram negative bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Shigella, Proteus, etc. Sensitive to Streptococcus, Pneumococcus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and certain Mycoplasma species (such as Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Mycoplasma turkey, Mycoplasma synovial fluid, etc.). Not sensitive to grass green streptococcus and Staphylococcus aureus. It is usually resistant to Pseudomonas aeruginosa and spirochetes. Intestinal bacteria are widely resistant to spectinomycin, but do not exhibit cross resistance with streptomycin. Lincomycin has good antibacterial activity against anaerobic bacteria, such as Clostridium, Streptococcus, Streptococcus, Clostridium tetani, Clostridium perfringens, and most actinomycetes. Lincomycin mainly acts on the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes, affecting protein synthesis by inhibiting peptide chain elongation.

Pharmacokinetic analysis shows that after oral administration, only 7% of erythromycin is absorbed, but it maintains a high concentration in the gastrointestinal tract. The tissue concentration of the drug is lower than the serum concentration. Not easy to enter cerebrospinal fluid or eyes, with low binding rate to plasma proteins. Most drugs are excreted in their original form through glomerular filtration. Lincomycin has poor absorption when taken orally, and can absorb 30% to 40% of the dosage. Food can reduce its absorption rate and amount.

Drug Interactions

1. Combined with lincomycin, it can significantly increase the antibacterial activity against mycoplasma and expand the antibacterial spectrum.

2. The combination of lincomycin and anticholinesterase drugs can reduce the efficacy of the latter.

3. Combination with erythromycin has an antagonistic effect.

4. Combined use with opioid analgesics can exacerbate respiratory depression or cause respiratory muscle paralysis.  

[Function and Use] Used for treating chronic respiratory diseases caused by avian mycoplasma and Escherichia coli.

【 Usage and Dosage 】 Calculate based on this product. Mixed drinking: 150mg per 1kg body weight for poultry aged 1 day to 4 weeks, 75mg per 1kg body weight for poultry aged 4 weeks and above. Use continuously for 7 days.

[Adverse reactions] This product has a neuromuscular blocking effect.

[Precautions] 1. Prohibited during egg laying period. 2. Poultry that are allergic to this product or have been infected with Candida are prohibited from use.

[Rest period] Poultry for 5 days.
