【 Main Ingredients 】 Doxycycline Hydrochloride

【 Appearance 】 This product is a light yellow or yellow crystalline powder.

Pharmacological effects: Tetracycline antibiotics. Doxycycline reversibly binds to receptors on the 30S subunit of bacterial ribosomes, interfering with the formation of ribosome complexes between tRNA and mRNA, preventing peptide chain elongation and inhibiting protein synthesis, thereby rapidly inhibiting bacterial growth and reproduction. Doxycycline has inhibitory effects on both Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. Bacteria exhibit cross resistance to doxycycline and oxytetracycline.

Oral absorption is rapid, less affected by food, high bioavailability, strong tissue permeability, widely distributed, and effective blood drug concentration is maintained for a long time. The protein binding rate in pigs is 93%.

[Function and Use] Tetracycline antibiotics. Used to treat Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella, and respiratory diseases caused by Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria in pigs and chickens.

【 Usage and Dosage 】 Calculate based on this product. Mixed drink: 0.25-0.5g per 1L of water for pigs and 3g for chickens. Use continuously for 3-5 days.

Long term use can cause secondary infections and liver damage.

[Precautions] (1) Do not use during the egg laying period of laying hens. (2) Avoid taking it at the same time as feed with high calcium content.
