【 Main Ingredients 】 Benzylpenicillin Chloramphenicol

【 Appearance 】 This product is a light yellow oil suspension, which can be evenly dispersed after being placed in layers and shaken.

[Pharmacological Effects] Benzathione Chloramphenicol belongs to the β - lactam class of antibiotics. It binds to the corresponding penicillin binding proteins (PBPs) on the membrane and affects their function, thereby hindering the synthesis of cell wall peptides and causing bacterial cell wall defects to expand and lyse. This product is acid resistant, enzyme resistant, and not easily hydrolyzed by penicillin enzymes. It is effective against most Gram positive bacteria, especially penicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus, but its antibacterial activity against non enzyme producing strains and Gram positive cocci such as group A hemolytic streptococcus, pneumococcus, grass green streptococcus, and Staphylococcus epidermidis is weaker than penicillin. Enterococcus faecalis is resistant to this product.

[Drug Interactions] (1) Physical compatibility with the following drug solutions is prohibited (resulting in turbidity, flocculent substances, or precipitation): erythromycin ethylsuccinate, oxytetracycline hydrochloride, tetracycline hydrochloride, gentamicin sulfate, polymyxin B sulfate, vitamin C, and chlorpromazine hydrochloride. (2) Mixing with sodium colistin methanesulfonate and kanamycin sulfate solution will result in failure.

[Function and Use] β - lactam antibiotics. Mainly used to treat dry milk mastitis in cows caused by sensitive bacteria.

[Usage and Dosage] Inject into the milk tube, for dry milk cows, 10ml per milk chamber.

[Adverse reactions] No adverse reactions have been observed when using according to the prescribed dosage.

[Precautions] (1) Do not use within 42 days before calving. (2) People who are allergic to penicillin should not come into contact with this product. Users should avoid direct contact with the drugs in the product and wash their hands promptly after use. If skin rash appears, seek medical attention immediately. Swelling of the face, lips, and eyes, or difficulty breathing, are severe allergic symptoms that require emergency medical attention.
